USD valuation
Policy limits are in USD. The engine values transactions at the midpoint of the top of the Mainnet XRP/RLUSD order book (validated ledger, cached briefly), not from off-ledger prices. This is a read; Mainnet is never used for execution.
Markets page
The app's Markets page fetches live XRPL market data from your browser against public nodes. There is no paid backend cache.
